Excellent Customer Service, Brilliant staff tollerance, Clean office presentation, what else is there to say, just sublime!!



This person must never have dealt with their customer service or reception desk personnel total lies My review summed up in 1 word " Terrible"

I had my holiday unit with this the company for about 5 moths, in that time they only managed to let my unit twice, including over Xmas,

They overcharge for cleaning, they lost my linen.

They don’t advertise very well and don’t understand the market,

I wouldn’t recommend them if you own a unit for rental.

We stayed in a terrible holiday accomodation at Nelson Bay, where the community hall 2 or three doors down played extremely loud music all night for 4 out of the 6 nights. (We actually left a day early because we were sick of the place)



There was a note on the front door saying if you have complaints please let us know ASAP, as it’s too late at the end of your stay to do anything.

Well I did just that? And the response I got was a complete waste of time.



When we handed the keys back in the lady in the office was rude, and unhelpful!

Absolutely terrible experience, they cancelled our confirmed booking 2 days prior holidays without giving any reason. How can they cancel your confirmed and paid booking. Disgusted, we took time off from to see this. Don't trust them with your holidays, they can cancel it anytime for no reason even though you receive confirmation mail from them saying everything is booked.
