Port Stephens Ferry Service

Excellent service from friendly and professional staff, rarely run late and always advise if they are cancelling services (usually due to weather). I catch a ride to work with these guys regularly and never have a problem. Suspect Lisa a. has an axe to grind.

In my opinion this business shouldn't even be operating. They continually cancel trips without advising passengers, do not apologise for any inconvenience nor offer a refund if you get stuck in Tea Gardens due to their ferry not running, even if you are booked and have paid for the service. Next time I will be driving to Tea Gardens and catching a local ferry from that side around the river so I do not get stuck over there, like last time.
