Neutral Bay Medical Practice

This practice was great when it was bulk bill. Now that you have to pay, you expect allot more. 1) the receptionists aren't very friendly (not all but most). 2) they kept me waiting for an hour even though I had an appointment (and it was a weekday). 3) the doctor took personal calls during our consult. 4) they charge you 'per issue' and not by time (like every other place I have seen) - so say you are in there for 10 mins like I was if you discuss two separate matters, that's $130.
All this is all ok if they bulk bill but now you are paying they need to upgrade on allot of areas. I was very disappointed.

So far waited 40mins for my 8.50am appointment. When I asked what the problem was the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Highly recommend not going here.
