I had made an error of date for quote and was called into work. My young daughter answered the door to this businesses representative attempted to explain that I had been called into work and had made an error with date of quote and had already had work completed believing he hadn’t showed up to date error quote. My daughter apologised for the mistake and was met with aggression and rudeness and yelled at as he left the premises stating ‘you’ve wasted my time’. My daughter phoned me distressed after this incident and approx 20mins later I answered my phone at work to a barrage of yelling and abuse from this person and I hung up immediately and sent him a cease and desist text with regard to this harassment and abusive calls as they will not be tolerated. After reviewing him on Google this is not an isolated incident and these aggressive and unprofessional incidences of poor conduct have been reported by several others of many years. It was a very unpleasant and unsettling experience based on a simple human error of a wrong date! I have written this review to alert others to this as I had requested quotes via yellow pages and importantly , no one ever deserves to be treated in this horrendous manner!
