I arrange twice to get my house cleaned and she didn't show up (MIA), now not responding to messages or calls!!

We employed Emma to clean our home for 5 hours at $50 per hour in writing confirmed by both parties. The day and time was agreed upon. We kindly left the money for Emma at the property. Emma came to our home took the money and did just under 1.5 hours of work but took the full $250. I can't tell what cleaning if any Emma did while she was there but she took $250 from our home when she should have been lucky to take $75. She admitted in writing she took the money "by mistake" and promised multiple times to return our money. She never did. I would not recommend at all. I also note she has reviewed her own business here.

Proof of hours attended is via home security and I have evidence of conversations where Emma admitted to taking the money and said she would return it.

They responded to my enquiry very fast.
