First job they did for me was great,no problems.Second job we paid 50% upfront it took ages and plenty of excuses before they turned up.When they did the job was not completed and some damage was done to the ceiling.We contacted a number of times, Wade the installer made a time to show up with gyprocker.No one showed up and i cant contact him.Job is incomplete.

WARNING! I feel an obligation to warn everyone of Wade Bremner AKA 'Bill' or 'Billy' and his dodgy dealings. He trades under Smarter Green Services, Smarter Insulation Services, Earthwool Home Insulation Installers, Coast to Coast Insulation Services. He changes his trading name and contact details every time he gets investigated by Fair Trading. We paid him $1000 upfront (as per his request for a 50% deposit) via electronic bank transfer for insulation work that was meant to be completed on Saturday 13/8/2016. He never showed up! No phone call to notify us and all our attempts to contact him went unanswered. He eventually answered a call from a Private Number a couple days later and made up some lame excuse blaming a contractor. 12 days later we are still waiting for our refund... All lies... He is nothing but a THIEF and the Internet is riddled with similar stories from other victims of this low life. If you would like any further information on this guy please feel free to Message me.
