HVGM -disgraceful and rogue behaviour

Contracted HVGM for kitchen engineered stone benchtops for brand new kitchen- saga went on for 3+ months.

1/Dry cut engineered stone in my kichen-entire house covered in silicon. Dry cut in my driveway and front lawn-silicon all over front of house and my car. When asked HVGM for a professional clean -no management returned calls- laughed at descriptions of chaos occurring and hung up-then lied and said dry cutting was legal-I have photo evidence of cutting and physical evidence- dust tested and is silicon dust.

1/Inially HVGM cut wrong size for hot plate bench panel-blamed my carpenter-all cupboards were in when HVGM measured.

2/ HVGM dry cut benchtops in my kitchen onsite- silicon absolutely everywhere-they chose to do this to make benchtops fit- levels and joins became so out of line with required/agreed measurements-told best we can do

2/Second attempt-Again joins/cuts for stonetop benches were unlevel- again dry cut in kitchen area-HVMG again stated best we can do.

3/We refused quality of product left onsite -entire benchtops contracted by HVGM were removed by HVMG (they then damaged brand new cabinetry in process)

3/ Staff were aggressive when onsite-urinated on front lawn/swore at home owner

4/HVGM management uncontactable-even when told secretary we are sleeping in car on initial night of dry cutting- then we moved out of home due to silicon debrie all through home-unliveable

5/Demanded a meeting face to face- continued to deny liability for illegal cutting and not adhering to contract for product agreed.

Fitted a pre damaged kitchen slab, they told me they couldn't check for damage before fitting it, dents, scratches, clamp marks evident, island bench was measured wrong, resulting in it being too small, they decided that theyvmet their obligations, tech coming out to see the kitchen stone, rude staff, who put the phone down on you, and refuse to fix their mistakes, I want them to fix their mistakes!!! Or refund our money!

Installed damage stone L shape, full of scratched and dents, told me that is was pre polish so not their issue, tech supposedly coming out but the manage has decided to play games and not supply me with a day date, measured an incomplete Hamptons style island, in their own words they don't measure incomplete items, decided to assume, presume it was the same as the kitchen 18ml,, although the kitchen is a different style, e.g. colour is linseed, stone top is lambs tongue - measurer had the opportunity to ask me, I was sat right next to where he was measuring, and also the island ends were at the open plan front door, on view, apparently, the office had a chit chat and decided, that they have fulfilled their obligations, not open to any discussion, puts the phone down on you, pretends and lies about information, who lies about getting management to phone you back, then tells me in the same breath that she is the manager? Lied that I had given 18ml information to the measurer, but why would I do that when it was 32ml each end? Rude staff, would not recommend, pass the blame on to the customers, and suppliers of the stone,
