Koala Glass

Returned some glass that was not made to provided dimensions. One was correct second was not. Male staff member very very rude /hostile Said I was not worth it. Other staff just watched on and did stop behaviour. Think this is normal. I have read other reviews and this seems to be the norm. Sorry you are having a bad day but don't take out on me. I am still waiting on the refund!!!!!!!!
