no i have found this clinic not very helpful and they are not very good when it comes
to helping out children i wont be using this clinic in the near future i will be going elsewhere very
bad and the service is terrible and the receptionist is very very rude and needs to be replaced and soon this clinic should be closed down for good

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient (obviously not feeling well) and was told by the very rude receptionist that I could not make an appointment because I've not been there before. When I asked how does a new patient make an appointment she snapped at me and said "you'll have to come in and fill out forms and bring your Medicare card and then wait around for an appointment". In what universe does a clinic make someone not feeling great, do this?!? Then when I sounded shocked she hung up on me. Will never use their service ever!
