I had a horrible experience here. Walked in and went to the McCafe. Waited and got no service. Saw seven cars get their order while I stood there being ignored. I could see three staff at the regular counter standing there talking and laughing. Walked out after 11 minutes with no acknowledgement. Called the manager about it and got told that it was acceptable to have seven staff on for four customers in the shop, and still have people wait 11 minutes without service.
