Very disappointed with the service provided today. Called yesterday to book car in due to a very specific air conditioning issue, staff explained they knew exactly what the issue would be. Then today they gave us a call saying they couldn't figure it out but charged us for the inconvenience.

Received very good service when I needed it. Aircon was broken and only realised this on the first hot day of the year. Not knowing where to go, I asked my mechanic and he recommended them. I did ask a few other air con specialists for a quote as well. When I called Paul, the price was right and they booked me in the next day and had the problem fixed. They kept me informed of the progress as a particular part was not available as expected and my car was ready the next day. Very good service, thank you.
