New Bourne Motors

Don't be fooled. They may seem great but this will change when they get your money. We bought a car and they failed to do things they promised. They even emailed me to say missing items would be in the post....but of course we never received them. Do NOT buy a car from these people.

I visit New Bourne Motors (417-419 Blackshaws Rd

Altona North VIC 3025) on 19th August ,2024 to buy a used car. I select one car and ask for test drive. But , they refused for test drive saying that it is crowded by other cars in yard and they need to prepare it. However , they assured me that I can test drive the car when I will came for pickup. I asked us to make a deposit $1000.They totally ensured that this deposit is totally refundable if you are not happy with car after test drive without asking any questions.

But on test drive day , when we took test drive , the engine symbol pop up within few minutes of driving showing some issues with engine.So , I said them that I am not satisfied with the car during test drive and want my deposit refund.But ,to my surprise , they totally changed their words and refused to refund deposit.They also give some warranty options but not satisfactory to me.Also talk in rude way saying do whatever you want, We will not refund the deposit.
