A Cut Above Colonnades

The staff at this hairdressing salon appear unhappy. There is no emphasis on service at all - I repeatedly asked staff not to use a razor blade on my hair and they said they don’t know how to use scissors to cut a fringe. Plus they put up prices without telling me in advance and refused to charge the originally agreed price. Won’t be returning.
