Godfreys

Absolutely disgusting service. Phoned twice days apart but no answer both times, I left a message both times to return my call so I could place an order.
Finally on the third call about two weeks later someone answered with simply no explanation or care as to why my call was not returned. I placed my order. Over a week later no one had phoned to say my order was in so I followed up. They answered this time but had no record of any order. I was told they would follow up and phone me back and again no follow up.

When I phoned another store I got immediate service. I would rather travel the extra 30 minutes to another Godfreys to avoid any purchase from Godfreys Noarlunga.
