Bought a very nice leather lounge from these guys, got it delivered the next day. Brilliant!

The lady instore has no manners Nd bad tempered to clientele. The pieces were of poor quality and had imperfections upon purchase that were not disclosed. I agree with other people's opinions unfortunately

I have bought several things from this shop as they have some amazing things that you would not find elsewhere. However the customer service is very poor - I wanted to buy a settee and asked if I could go home and measure to make sure it would fit. I was told quite abruptly they don't hold anything. Given that I only live 5 minutes down the road I thought that quite pathetic and the settee is now still there. My husband and friend came in to pick up a desk, and given that they do not get any help, they started to move the things on the top only to be told "don't move anything or we won't find it". My friend and his wife received the same service and he has told his wife not to go back and buy anything. Also, heaven help you if you go in with a tiny dog in your arms - you will be told very abruptly to go. This is a great shop but only go if you are prepared for an unfriendly reception

Sold a second hand coffee table on ebay, buyer didn't want to inspect prior to auction ending. Penny wrote to me from inside Noosa saying they had purchased the table on ebay. I received over 10 messages from Penny and found her to be incredibly rude and demanding. Collection was on her terms or the highway. We explained we worked full time so it could either be a Friday afternoon or a weekend. But no this wasn't good enough and she demanded a full refund. In the end i took the afternoon off work to accommodate her. The table was collected by a local pick up company on behalf of Penny and delivered to inside noosa. A hour after it being collected we got a call to say the draw runner was bent a ball bearing was missing, and the table was not in excellent condition and demands for a full refund again. Both Penny and Andrew have been an absolute nightmare to deal with, i am a well know local and will be telling everyone about our experience.
