Avoid this business at all costs – an absolutely appalling experience.



I left my car here for tinting, expecting a professional service, only to be met with a disaster that dragged on for months. When I went to collect my vehicle, I was told there had been a “small problem” during the tinting process. That “small problem” turned into a nightmare.



The wrong shade of tint had been applied, and in an attempt to remove it, the rear window’s de-misting bars were damaged. The owner claimed the cleaning spray had dissolved them—something that sounded absurd to me. I immediately drove to a dealership for a professional opinion, and they confirmed the ceramic de-misting bars had been scratched off. They also made it clear that no cleaning solution could cause that kind of damage.



The only solution was to replace the entire rear windscreen. After months of back-and-forth and repeated demands for a genuine part, the owner insisted on installing a non-genuine windscreen instead. When I finally collected my car—after taking an unpaid day off work—I was horrified to find the replacement windscreen was distorted, with a wavy appearance that severely affected visibility.



I returned the vehicle and demanded the windscreen be replaced to the original standard. It took months of persistence before they finally agreed to install a genuine part. This meant yet another unpaid day off work and another wasted day.



Do yourself a favor: pay a little extra and go to a reputable, well-established tinting business. This backstreet operation cost me time, money, and endless frustration. Trust me, it’s not worth the risk.
