Rockhampton Crematorium

Would like to comment on this company advertising they have beautifully maintained gardens and that theyre staff are caring and considerate! The grounds are dry and not looked after, as grass and roses not being watered. When i asked staff member when they would be mowing, he remarked they were too busy and that the lawn was dead anyway through lack of water. I have been hand watering my families plot and grass green and becoming quite long, and was thinking of mowing myself, his words were "HELP YOURSELF" and that he was sick of people complaining how dry the gardens are!
I do not consider that outburst of rudeness to be either caring or considerate, when i am trying to look after my Parents plot and would like it to be the beautiful resting place it once was, so other family members who visit can come and pay theyre respects to our beautiful loving parents whom we all miss very much.
