I had an incredibly disappointing experience with '[Name Removed]' at this clinic. Despite having a well-developed skeletal structure and visible canines, his only solution was the extraction of multiple healthy premolar teeth without looking at any scans whatsoever, despite the existence of non-extraction options for adults, eg MARPE.



As an adult (and especially for anyone mindful of their facial aesthetics), extracting teeth is an outdated practice that can lead to permanent midface collapse and 'sunken' features. When I sought a second opinion from a Craniofacial specialist, they confirmed my arches are actually well-rounded and that extractions are a last resort.



If you value your facial volume and want a modern, preservation-based approach, look elsewhere. This clinic seems fixated on 'fixing a bite' by removing your teeth rather than understanding facial harmony. $$$ For an unnuanced recommendation that would have ruined my profile was a complete waste of money.
