This is to recommend Solve it Alls James Gilbert who recently commenced his computer solutions business in Adelaide after re-locating it from Sydney.

I am a writer. My laptop broke down recently and I urgently checked out a number of services for quotes to repair it. It was a daunting task, almost all of them charging a call out fee, even if they were unable to really help me. None charged under $75 per hour for their time.

I finally found James and was pleasantly surprised to find (a) there was no call out fee and (b) that his rate was a reasonable $50 per hour. James attended my call very promptly, less than 20 minutes later in fact.

Importantly, he quickly diagnosed my computer problems and offered a range of low cost solutions to remedy my situation. I was also impressed that, unlike other technicians I have dealt with, he spoke in friendly non-techo language so that I understood clearly what the problems were.

Moreover, he did not charge me anything until he had resolved my computer issues and even then his rates were fair and modest.

Have been using Solve IT all since January after I was given a referral from an existing customer. The team at Solve IT All have been great. I set up a new business, so have used the printing an graphic design services for my Logo and Business cards. The printing costs are reasonable and the quality is good. I have also set up my 1800 number and fax number too. All the services are good and reliable. I would recommend this business.
