Dear Boss,
I had always average or poor service from Startrack and looking into various site it was not rare. Since you are sitting in the top I thought I will take you through a customer experience in one of your deliveries.
I stay in Darwin in the city and got the enclosed missed you card, when we checked our mail box in the afternoon. I dont think anybody called as I have been home and will take the possibility of missing if called when I was in toilet and didnt hear.
Ok, then that card doesnt tell where it is going to be available ( I mean none of the boxes were ticked), so I go to the local post office with the card and come to know it is in not there and said possibly the no. might not be right. Asked to call the 13 no. which I did and they said after lot of security questions that parcel is at the Winnellie branch. I requested if it could be delivered and she said she will request it for next day 7th November.
After waiting the whole day about 3.30 I decided to call to find that it was rescheduled for 17th. Without wanting more hassle I decided to go to the Winnellie branch and came to know the parcel is not there, possibly it is at the third address in Airport. A nice counter staff took my details and said he will call back. It will be 8th tomorrow and still no idea. There was another instance a few months back when the item had gone and I didnt even get the card. There was in business where we received only half parcel after a month when we chased only to find that they didnt inform us because they were waiting for the other half which was lost a while back. Great! With issues everywhere, I am convinced the issues is coming from top, hence sending to the top boss.

Extremely disappointed and ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!. Paid for express post, day 3 I checked the tracking number and it said my item had been delivered. I called Star Track, after being on hold for 14 minutes they told me the wrong address was listed on the parcel, that my address doesn't exist and I would have to call my supplier to work it out. When I called the supplier they confirmed the correct address was sent to them with proof receipt. As I was waiting on hold for another 13 minutes a Star Track van showed up out the front of my address delivering someone else's parcel (address doesn't exist my a** !!!)
Star Track then explained that it will take at least another 48 hours for them to print a new docket with the correct address and as the weekend was the day after that, I would not be receiving my item for another 4 days at least!!!
Currently trying to call the actual warehouse where my parcel is sitting so I can drive all the way there and pick the bloody thing up myself but surprise, surprise no one has answered the phone all day.... I am actually contemplating about buying anything off my supplier again just because they use this company. Thanks alot Star Track
