Inside Out Cleaners North Qld

After quoting an astronomical amount for a vacate clean which was recommended by my realestate, I was shocked to find cigarette butts left floating in the 2 toilets and a burn hole in my carpet that upon final exit the realestate asked ME to get rid of and also wipe dirty surfaces and blinds!!! The draws under the oven were ruined by the harsh chemicals she had used. There was trash left in a pile on the lawn,The outside windows were filthy, The place stunk like cigarette and when I asked the real-estate to get her to clean the filth left from her they made excuses for her and were clearly Bias. She never came back to rectify but had the audacity when "finished the job" to try to charge an extra 1000!! On top of what was close to $2000 paid to her on original quote that she got paid upfront for!! She sent nasty threatening text when I refused to pay the extra amount, the realestate then tried telling me they wanted me to pay her the 1000 out of my bond!!! My neighbours also mentioned after that she had personal visitors staying in my place and drinking and smoking on the porch!! I've never heard of a more unprofessional person in my life. Please avoid at all cost!!!

Went to do a one hour job but charged 10 hours, works for Ray White Real estate Atherton, they are both obviously on a good wicket ripping people off!!!
