Agree 100% with the existing review. Personnel has attitude - AWFUL. Zero talent and a 100% bad attitude. Zero care after stuffed job, after going back and kindly asking to fix it, they made it worse. Then the owner only cared about paying deposit for another visit to fix it! Outrageous! Disquisting and just rude! I had to pay 3x $300 somewhere else to clean the mess and bring my hair to the previous colour. I feel sorry for people who go there. And the "discount" is a lie - they don't use toner nor treatment so it cuts the cost by 50.

I got sucked in by their 'special' & was provided a service different to what I wanted at the hairdressers advice but was not advised of extra charges for the change. The end result was an ordinary cut after requesting a significant change and a very patchy colour I had to correct myself at home that night. I attempted to contact them after the service but they refused to discuss with me other than a very rude and unprofessional message basically calling me delusional and I have been blocked by them on all socials because I made 1 comment that they didnt advise me of changes to cost during my appointment. Would not recommend at all.

Very unprofessional. Appointment was double booked the cancelled very last minute. Manager very rude.

Went to this salon after I read all of the below reviews and they were spot on! Excellent service and Trista & Tui achieved exactly what I asked for. I felt really welcomed into the salon and left with the result that I asked for! (This doesn't usually happen for me) Easy convenient parking away from the busy area of Westfield. The salon is under new ownership/management and looks fantastic! I really enjoyed the clean, comfortable and relaxing environment and will definitely be back in 4 weeks!

Got a $99 special flyer in the mail so thought I would give them a try. Have to say very happy with the result & got so much done for the price. Great location which meant I was able to avoid the busy westfield across the road ! Loved the hot chocolate & biscuits too - will definitely be back !

Even better I didn't have to go into the busy shopping centre as it was just across the road from Westfield. Loved the hot choc & biccies ! Will be back !
