one of the rudest most arrogant men i have spoken to over the phone... i would never book a tour with this business,based on this mans phone manner, he made me feel very stupid and silly when asking simple questions and asking for a quote... imagine his mannerism on your special night... if he made me feel this way just by speaking to me... good luck classic coaches, if this is your front man... maybe consider someone else
