Citi Hair Extensions

Judith is the classiest hairstylist and dresser I have encountered in a long time. Her shop is clean, organised, structured and neat. Her team is amazing and completely understands the needs of her clientele. Judith works around your schedule and is incredibly accommodating. I cannot, and I repeat, I cannot have enough good things to say about her. I have been going to her salon every 3-4 weeks for nearly a year how and my hair is literally a different person in itself! Thank you Judith! I will shout this from the roofs!

By far best extensions and color I have EVER had! Have been back multiple times for scalp bleach and weave extensions lifted and have not once been dissapointed. Great quality hair that will last for ages if you look after it properly! Owner and staff all super friendly and give honest advice/ tips on how to look after your extensions! Highly recommend to anyone wanting extensions or color. Have been to many other salons for the same service in the past and citi hair is by far the best!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdressers. I booked in for a balayage, treatment and blowave. I said I wanted to even out the tone in my hair (brown/golden blonde)
They used a 30vol bleach on my hair (fine hair) and left me sitting their for over an hour with it in, they aussured me it would be fine and told me my hair would be healthier and silky when i leave. My hair turned to jelly (protein was completely removed), they then proceeded to reassure me that the treatment would correct this and that they would just trim the ends off.
I was distrought the whole time and ended up in tears because i lost half my hair. They blow dried it, (not blow wave) and i left their with a ratsnest on my hair because of the damage.
They took no ownership, hardly appologised and then recommended a product that (once i consultant another hairdresser) turns out would damage my hair further and sit on the outside rather than absorbing into the follicle.
Im not a hairdresser, i dont know about hair, so when I ask for your professional opinion and advice I expect to be able to trust your recommendation. If they knew that this was a possibility they should have told me, but instead told me what I wanted to hear. My hair is going to take months and months to repair/ grow out this damage.
They had no airconditioning on a 36 degree day, didnt offer me water and were an hour late (my appointment was at 11:30, i sat there untill 12:30 beforw being spoken to).
I do not have a nice thing to say about this experience.
The staff were unprofessional and continue personal concersations with each other while they were tugging at my hair in an attempt to comb out the teasing that was during the balayage...one even pretending to wipe her sweat on the other. Disgusting. I just am so shocked and upset and a little traumatised.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone
