I am on the 40GB plan and I have to say that I am happy with vivid. I received the modem about 2-3 days after ordering and after an easy activation, I am quite happy with the product. You can either connect the modem to your pc or go wifi, both choices are available to you as the package comes with a LAN wire and a charger. It is also very easy to set up and once registered, you are good to go. Customer support also replied quickly too (about 9 - 12 hrs after you send them email).
