I bought two Alton 35 Pendant Black/Brass Metal/Opal Glass E27.

Disappointed – Shade Does Not Balance Properly



I was really looking forward to the Alton 35 Pendant Light, but unfortunately, the shade itself does not balance properly. No matter how I adjusted it, it remained uneven, making the whole fixture look off. In the end, I had to buy a different shade to replace it, which was an extra hassle and cost. Very disappointed with the quality and design – I expected better for the price. I reported the issue to Urban Lighting and expected them to get a solution from the supplier, but no real solution. I do not think they take it seriously. Would not recommend it.

I recently visited Urban Lighting and was impressed by their professional staff. Especially Chris, who took great interest in ensuring I purchased lights that would enhance each living space in my home. Chris took his time, asking relevant questions about the room and style that I was trying to achieve and he was able to recommend beautiful lights within my budget. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else if you’re wanting elegant lighting and professional service.
