I go to Razz Hair for all my hair needs! Even if I am going for a simple cut or getting my hair colour changed or getting my formal hair done! Razz hair always do an amzimg job! The staff are lovely and incredibly talented! I have recommend Razz hair to all my friends and continue to rave about them!!!

These guys destroyed my hair.
I am happy with my hair now - I was forced to cut it off and grow it out, which ended up being great for me - but Razz hair cost me huge amounts of money in products and care to get it looking ok again.
The hairdresser used a color corrector on my hair to even out the very small uneven patches I had in my lovely copper color. But instead of evening it out, it fried my hair, and lightened it to a weird lemon yellow color, far lighter than the copper I had had. She also mixed the touch-up color too dark, so as she was lightening and frying my patchy bits, she was making the ends and roots WAY too dark!!!
What a mess. My hair was a multicolored, striped nightmare. I was so close to tears, and both hairdressers who were working nearby went completely silent - a sign they SAW how bad my color was. I asked her 'why are my ends so dark' and she made out like it was my fault for having SLIGHTLY uneven color to begin with, which is ludicrous.

So, rather than apologise and book me in for a fix, she took my money, and acted like it was all normal. If the Razz team had been trained to care enough about their customers, SOMEONE would have grabbed me and organised for a free fix before I left the building. Don't trust these guys, it wasn't just a simple mistake, it was a failure of training and customer service. I am an avid reviewer on other websites, and RARELY give bad reviews, but this caused me to cut my beautiful, long copper hair to shoulder length.
