These guys continue to Deliver. They did such a great job helping us with an emergency last weekend, we asked them back to do some preventative repairs on a second toilet. Communication by Aaron was exceptional. Repairs carried out by Lachlan and Harrison were superb and efficient, once again displaying an outstanding work ethic. The entire team at J &T Dale plumbing continued to be a reliable, well oiled, finely tuned outfit. Thank you again.

At 5 pm Saturday afternoon, I don’t mind admitting I just wanted to move to a new house, move states, move to New Zealand due to a plumbing challenge. One phone call to J&T Dale plumbing and before you know it, a superhero called “ANDY” is on our doorstep to help. By 7 pm that same night our problem had been fixed by Andy and all was well with our world once again. This team is incredibly professional, progressive, and efficient. The quality of work is outstanding and affordable. They are worth every cent. Thank you to the entire J&T DALE PLUMBING TEAM.

Each time I use Dale’s response has been prompt. Our latest call was to replace toilets, shower system and taps and service other taps. Matt was fantastic - friendly and professional.

After noticing a dripping overflow pipe from our hot water system, we filled out the online contact form on the company website. Within the hour, the despatch manager, was in contact to arrange a call out. The designated hot water system technician, arrived the next day and prior to this, we received a call to inform us of his ETA. The technician was very well groomed, polite, knowledgeable and professional in every respect. After inspecting our system, he then took time to carefully go through the various options explaining the effectiveness and outcomes of each but he in no way pressured us into a more expensive decision. We concluded however, the system should be replaced, given its age.

The same day (Friday 14/8/2020) we received a detailed email attaching an invoice for our confirmation and acceptance and the job was booked for Monday. (The big red nose on the truck didn’t go unnoticed either as it was annual Red Nose Day). It was admirable to see the company showing their support for organisations such as this).

On Monday morning 17 Aug, we received a call confirming ETA. Two technicians arrived on time and got to work disassembling the old unit and installing the new one. Similarly they were cheery and dressed in company uniform. They were followed by another qualified plumbing technician, who completed the installation in a very efficient manner.

We have nothing but praise for everyone on the team and urge anyone looking for a plumber to make them your first port of call. They did what they promised to do, when they promised to do it. They left the site extremely tidy and kept us informed of every step. In a world where “tradies” are often hit and miss, this team are the real deal and we won’t hesitate to contact

them again should the need arise. Thank you…
