I recently had a frustrating experience with Floodlight Nth Wollongong that I feel compelled to share. After multiple inquiries regarding their design fee, I received no response despite having an on-site consultation and two in-store appointments where we spent hours discussing our plans and lighting needs.
To my dismay, many of the items suggested were commercial-grade, and some wiring recommendations were unclear after consulting with our electrician. Ultimately, I was presented with a $2,300 invoice for their services, which I reluctantly paid. Upon reflection, I realise this has turned into a seriously expensive exercise for what I expected to be a more transparent and valuable service.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend Floodlight Nth Wollongong based on this experience. Communication and clarity in pricing need significant improvement.
