Nunawading Engine Clinic

I took my car here to get my interior lights fixed as they were no longer lighting up.
When I picked up the car, I noticed that the interior lights that needed fixing did not match in colour to the rest of the interior lights that were still working.
I also noticed the next day that as they pulled apart the centre consol they had snapped off one of the swivel knobs used for the airconditioning and it can no longer be put back on as the piece is broken.
I then decided to check the car further for any other faults and realised that a small compartment in the centre consol which has a draw, one of the hinges has been broken and can no longer close properly.

So all in all, I took it in for a check to see whether it was the wiring or bulbs that was affecting the lights from working and I came out with it being the wrong colour (wrong bulb being used), and two broken parts on the interior of the car which I now have to replace myself because everyone knows they wouldn't admit to breaking those sorts of things.
I don't recommend them as it took them 2 days to even find out what was wrong with it and not giving me any answers as I had to call them and find out what was going on.
Poor communication and a lack of attention to detail is not something you want from an auto-electrician, I will definitely be looking at somewhere else should I need another auto-electrician.
