so slow，no contact no massage only shows out for delivery

The delivery came at around 5.30pm. The delivery person had the item on a trolley. It was quite heavy because it was packed in a huge wooden box which was bigger than me. I requested if he could help me take it to my apartment which was one level up but he refused saying that it was not heavy. I tried picking up the wooden box but couldn't and requested the same again. He sighed and kept saying its not heavy although he did not bother to carry it as well. Highly unprofessional customer service.

They text me out for delivery and will delivered 7:00AM-10:00PM in the day. I waited for all day didn't receive yet and still waiting.. no contact,no update anything from them.

Never show where they are and no contact number

Texted that Out for delivery today . After 3 days still not receive yet.
