Black Cabs

I didn't realise that i'd already prepaid the fare when booking online using the 13Cabs app for the first time. The driver didn't tell me and charged again on arrival. It was a great trip apart from that and am very disappointed

Receipt given was different to what was actually charged. Sent email to query diffeence and nobody has replied. Driver constantly talked on phone whole trip and did not have courtesy to greet his customer. Very Disgraceful.

Added a dodgy surcharge to my fare so it came to $130 and then did not give me the full receipt. Taxi M8633

on time, clean, direct route-- what more can i say--

The drivers never take the direct route and l end up quite car sick. Windows and doors always locked crazy in case of a accident. Majority of drivers talk on phone the whole trip . They have a cough to so l hope covid tests are done. Also not all cabs are clean. Drivers also have no idea where they are going.

One cab went the wrong way then reversed down the freeway the wrong way so dangerous.

Will not be going in cabs again any time soon

They make money and forget service now a days

How the industry has changed and not for the better

Disgraceful driver. Rude, yelling cause I did not have a mask on prior entering vehicle. I explained to him to calm down I will put it on. He continued to yell ' this is our policy, this is our policy ' I once again asked him to calm down before I enter the vehicle. Driving way over the limit. Unacceptable behaviour for your driver. Bad, bad review will be communicated regarding black cabs.

my short (thankfully) trip this morning was most unpleasant. the driver took off before I had put my belt on and then proceeded to tear through the traffic as if to set a record. I attempted conversation was quickly got the message that he did not want to speak. he was going too fast to stop where I requested and when he did stop he just took my card out of my hand for payment without saying how much the charge was. when I asked he grunted the amount at me. a most unpleasant experience.

I was bery disappointed with the service. I flagged a black cabs taxi last night at 1:30am from Footscray going to Prahran. The driver was an Indian man who presented pleasant and engaged in cobversation. However he proceeded to charge me $38 for the taxi fair. I explained I have gotten a taxi to and from these same locations at this time and am ususlly charged $18. The taxi driver proceeded to tell me there are different tariff's at different times, I again outlined this is the same time I have gotten taxi's before but he would not accept this. I was completely ripped off and feel taken advantage of as a young woman travelling after having a few drinks. I would advise all not to take this taxi company and am still feing very annoyed.
