This is a dealership that i would never go back to their store again. Unprofessional staff, Unsatisfactory car service, and very unfair used car price.
I bought an i30 2 years ago, a guy contacted me to complain and say why i have bought the car from his colleage rather than him . This implys mismanagement and unprofessionalism of the staff.
I was offered a free carwash for giving my first car service to them, however i believe a 6-year boy could have done that much better than they did. Unclean and was completely wet when I got it back.
And finally today, their used cars department gave me the most reducilous price on my car when i was hopping to sell it to them. Less than half the price that i paid for it. Then i sold it to the next door dealer for $4000 more than their offer. Not only the price they give you is unfair but also the reasons they give for this low pricing is just ridiculous.

Anyway, that was my story with this dealership which i wouldn't recommend to any friend.

I bought my Satna Fe from Chadstone Hyundai. When purchasing the car we have identified few chipped paint (3 of them) the sales per Sean assured us (via email) that they would be fixed when we bring in the car for the first service.

When I brought the vehicle in for the first service, Sean bluntly said we would not fix it but will just touch it up which was never mentioned when we purchased the vehicle.

The sales person Sean lied on my face and pretend to be very professional just to keep his numbers up.

Do not trust these people and I will never go to them in future
