After service, the plastic engine cover reported crack and they quoted us $123 to replace, we didn't go ahead. Wife told me when she checked engine oil level before service, the cover didn't have any crack. Service department claimed they didn't do it. This is definitely unacceptable, technician lied and didn't not take any responsibility for the damage done to the cover.
