Chemist Warehouse Oakleigh

I bought nappies from this place and got the wrong size. The packaging was not opened or damaged. I went back and requested a refund and they said no as I'd returned more than 7 days after purchase. The nappies are not perishable and have not gone off! It is up to the discretion of the shop to provide a refund or not, and they chose not to do so. I won't be returning to this Chemist Warehouse. Other chemists will take things like this back and are happy for repeat business.....you've lost mine.
