Garry and Warren Smith Honda

I have been to Garry Warren Smith for a quote on a new car twice and both times found them wanting.

Firstly when I was clearly looking for a car, they ignored me until I approached reception and asked fo help. Then when they did not have a car that met my requirements they put me in a car with the next specs up. It was more powerful and roomy and I could not get an indication of what I wanted. I came back later to try the actual variant I wanted and they did not have it ready, even though I had an appointment. When I said that I was considering a few dealers they could not end the test drive fast enough.

Whilst you could understand this as they are paid to sell, other Honda dealerships did not act this way.

Finally when we came to get a quote on a trade in, my wife was left alone whilst they did the assesment. No offer of a drink or any chat. We went to another dealership right away, recieved better treatment and purchased a car on the spot.

Other franchasises of Garry Warren Smith have been the same. I certainly do not recommend them.
