I had wardrobes designed by Wardrobe solutions and installed for my children’s room and they were so badly designed that they are not functional and cause daily issues. Not enough storage and the hanging rods were placed up so high with no option to change the heights, my children cannot reach them. I contacted wardrobe solutions straight away and they said they couldn’t add more storage for 8 weeks. They gave me a date of installation and when that day arrived I called them and they had no record of my installation! They said I would have to wait another month. I then contacted them again with the same response that I needed to wait another month!!! It’s now been 6 months and when I received no response via emails, I called them to just be told the my job isn’t on the list as there is so many more jobs to be done before mine! I was told it will take more unknown weeks!

I will not go through this company anymore and I will need to pay another company to redo the wardrobes. I certainly do no recommend this company to anyone as they are a big waste of time and money.

I wouldnt put a star on it at all. Not happy with the work been done. Kitchen cabinets these guys cant do it. Dont recommend at all to anyone.

Wardrobes been not upto the standard what others can do and these guys charges lot more than other. Its a big mistake what we have made it. I am looking at having aomeone come back and re do it.....

Manager visited site and all he can say we cant we cant which is not good for consumer.

Main thing i would focus what they lack of is they do not do any suggestions means to me that less knowledge or dont care.

They had to take board out of my existing wardrobe and they have done some damage when it was out but they wont fix it cause there job was to take everything down not fixing.

In other words they would just leave load of work behind NOT WORTH IT AT ALL..........
