Optimal Air Services

Unfortunately I found Optimal Air to be very expensive for the repair of our heating unit. The price charged for parts was very high when compared to pricing I obtained on-line and from the manufacturer. When I discussed this with them directly I was told they could charge whatever price they want and that is what they always do. Pretty unfair in my opinion to be making such high margins off parts markups. So do some due diligence and get quotes from other companies to make sure you get fair pricing. I will be avoiding this company in the future.
