Andrew Clarkson Rendering/Setting

Andrew is a very professional renderer, he provides great advise and he has great attention to detail. The neighbourhood is stopping to say how beautiful our house is and we keep going out to look at the amazing job Andrew has done. All you need to do is call him and he gets back to you on that day.

I actually procured Andrew Clarksons services from reading the other reviews on this website, and I'm glad to say that Andrew lives up to the previous reviews..

-He came to site promptly after contacting him when requesting information and a quote.

-he knew exactly the look with the front door we where trying to achieve and suggested the best ways in which to achieve the desired result.

-there was no pressure at all to pin in a time and date

-my partner and I where happy with the price given

-we worked clean and took his time to do the best job possible everything was done to building code. He even made sure there where small spaces left between the door Frame and the solid render to prevent future cracking from door slamming movement encountered over future years of use.



We will definitely be getting Adrew back for several other projects around the house. It's hard to find a decent Tradie in Orange these days but very happy with this rendering job.

Andrew was great. He was happy to talk through the issues with some crumbling render at my father-in-law’s place in Orange. He clearly explained the problems and some different repair options. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job and didn’t charge a fortune.

Too stuff.

I contact Andrew after a long search and talking to other brick builders. They told me to get Andrew to look at the salt attack destroying my brickwork on the outside of my house. As it was an investment property and I lived 5 hours away, our communication was email and phone calls.



After several calls and emails and his recommendations he installed a cement rendered skirting to protect the bricks. He then rendered above in a sandstone coloured cement render about.



Each steps through the process he sent photos and calls each week to ascertain that I was happy and it came me control over the process.



He took extra steps clearing around and making sure air flow under my property so I will not have this concern again.



WOW the results sensational.



He has add thousands of dollars to my property.

I was so lucky that I got Andrew to cement render my entire house. After a few discussions with him, you can tell he really cares about each job he does and that you can trust his opinions and advice. My place looks like a new house, friends and other tradies always comment on how great it looks and ask who tendered it. I Couldn’t be happier.
