It was a great pleasure to build my home with Bellriver homes. I am proud owner of my house in Schofields and all thanks to Mat our supervisor for his dedicated hard work and excellent leadership. Without Mat I am sure that my house would not never have been built on time . Mat gives me weekly status update on the milestones achieved. I would highly recommend Mat for any of my future work.

Well let me start by saying I was like everyone else worried and confused about which builder to trust as there are so many to pick from its not funny and with most of them offering some sort of free upgrade it became a complete mine field but we are so happy we picked Bell River Homes to build our dream home.



I have to say the workmanship and the quality of our house is outstanding and if something was only 99% correct it was not good enough to Bell River Homes as it had to be 100% correct to them and that is for real guys a real builder not accepting 99% as good enough... where do you get that from today! Anyway I guess that is what makes Bell River Homes a cut above the rest.



We had Mat W as our Site Supervisor from the start to finish and he was a incredible exceptional Site Supervisor in his own right who really new his stuff when it came to building a house I guess you can say he is a real Master Site Supervisor and he set everyone straight from the start that it had to be 100% correct not 99% correct as that was not good enough to him. Yep guys its hard to believe but believe me its true because as to Mat W 99% correct is not good enough.



At one stage I had to pinch myself because I could not see anything wrong with what he was going to say to me because I am not a builder and I don’t know if something is wrong or right but anyway he said to me after a walk though that he was not happy with our back sliding door position so he got his team to remove it and do it all over again....



I really thought Mat W was building his own house and not mine because his eye for detail was exceptional and that is what we all want don’t we from our Site supervisor is for them to do the best job they can



Like I said before we had Mat W from the start to the finish ....but some of our neighbours had different Site Supervisors at different times and for them it was hard to build that working relationship with their Site Supervisor all over again.



Our customer service from the head office was also great and prompt with our email questions and replies and I do have to say it was quite pleasing to see that they did not take that all also often feeling that you get when you have already signed on the dotted line as who cares less they have signed so bad luck, we will get back to them later.



What also got me was Bell River Homes extremely high end items that were fully included in their standard inclusions price and it was fantastic because we did not have to spend thousand and thousand of dollars in upgrades at all and that helped us with our budget and that gave us the opportunity to spend some money on the little things that we all like and also did I say that we saved thousands of dollars on window blinds because they were also included in Bell River Homes basic price.... how nice was it that we did not have to have bed sheets on the windows when we got the keys to our dream house



Well for us its simple Bell River Homes are one of the top Builders and we absolute love to our house NO OUR HOME because that is what Bell River Homes has build for us a HOME not just a HOUSE



So to all the Team at Bell River Homes and to our Site Supervisor Mat W ....we love our NEW HOME Thank you so much.

Difficult company to deal with! Absolutely no customer service. After numerous calls re warranty on a water tank which is only 7 years old, they are unable to say or can't be bothered to find out any information that would help us in contacting someone to fix this issue.
After two months still waiting!!!!!!!!!

I would like to commend Bell River for their sincere approach and professional responsibility. Through a time that has been difficult for all waiting on our new home development, they have been fair and patient. They took responsibility and made decisions in the interest of the purchaser, even though the delays were not their fault and even though this results in a loss of profit for the company. They have listened to every need and request I have made along the way and been generous, supportive and helpful in the design of my new home. I am yet to see the end result, and am beginning to feel quite excited in anticipation, but I have seen some of their buildings in progress. There is something very neat and classy even in the building site that I have never seen anywhere else. While they are not the cheapest builder, all inclusions are very good quality and everything is covered up front. Where I have requested changes to standards they have been more than fair, to the point of being generous in my interests. I am looking forward to the end result and am sure it will be as pleasing an experience as the kindness I have received from them.

I highly recommend Bell River as a builder. There is only one thing I would add - remember that it's in the owners interest to develop as much positive communication with the builder as possible. That given, they are a busy company and a little patience helps things work smoothly.
