Central West Prestige - BMW

Have been a loyal customer with purchasing my BMW and servicing it through Central West Prestige for over 4 years, have owned BMW's for 10 years and I was having trouble so as normal called and they advised I bring it over. I drove it to the store and they tested it for a couple of days then took it for a test drive to see if the repairs had corrected the issue. The engine blow on this drive and yet they requested I pay for the reconditioned engine repairs at full price when they were the cause of the issue. Was no negotiation what so ever, they wouldn't even consider paying for the repairs at cost. Very disappointed in the service and would recommend you use JT Fosseys in Tamworth should you require BMW services in the central west.
