Took 2 wks for the first parcel to arrive and now my 2nd is LOST with no help from staff and are very rude. I can not believe it was lost between Coona and Tamworth, like how do you manage to do such a thing? I believe the drivers are stealing them and too lazy to drop off at my door. we deliver to your door anywhere in Australia lol yeah right, change the ad.

Very useless people, do not pay extra for faster delivery as they do not deliver.

Tracking status was not update since November 2021. After following up over 2 months, the only answer from their support is my parcel is now confirmed lost in transit. Anyone should be aware how unsafe this company handle your parcel. Only trial them few times and will no more using them. Now I am back to TNT. A lot more reliable, prompt and more professional support with only few dollars extras cost compared to StarTrack .

VERY DISSAPPOINTED LOST MY FIRST DELIVERY,SO MY SUPPLIER RESENT PARCEL NOW IT IS MISSING TO,CANNOT GET ANY ANSWERS ,ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR AND WAS ADVISED WILL CALL BACK ***WHICH I FEEL IS UNLIKELY**SO WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE **PROBABLY DRIVE THE 6 HOURS TO MY SUPPLIER AND PICK UP MYSELF!!!!! SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
