With any electrical issue / question, we call Igor as we trust him. When we decided to buy an electric car we called Igor for advice as we had not owned an electric car before. Igor took the time to answer a lot of questions and helped us source a much cheaper EV charger than the one recommended by the dealer’s supplier. An EV charger that complies with Australian standards and can be run through an app. When the charger arrived Igor made time to install it the next morning at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much Igor, you have saved us heaps and we know the installation will work for many years to come.

Came around the same day as the sauna stopped working after rain. Found a faulty thermostat with water inside. Replaced it on a spot and sealed the wholes with a plastic cover in top. Definitely recommend it!

He came nearly 2 weeks ago, took photos of inside my washing machine, said he would get back to me with quote on parts, haven’t heard from him. Charged me $230 call out fee and doesn’t even have the manners to call me back. Said he is very busy with the floods I would hate to think he is taking advantage of them also.

He is taking advantage of people needed services he supplies, hated paying him $220 to basically do nothing, I’m only 15mins away from Ormeau. So my new washing machine is more expensive than it should have been, not happy. Would not recommend him to any one. Should have gone with my instinct I didn’t think he was friendly on the phone or in person.

Was amazed they came the same day I called. Very efficient and keep in communication with you. Going to use again.

I really tossed up whether I should put a review up, as I hate giving bad reviews for local businesses, but after getting some quotes from other local techs I hope Igor maybe considers re-evaluating his pricing on some jobs.



Our washing machine was throwing a 3E error, and Igor was able to come out same day which is great (we both live in Ormeau). He ran it through a 15 minute cycle, and just like when you take your car to the mechanic the washing machine didn't end up producing the error.

Claims to fix appliances. Just comes to your place and tells you what the problem is. As if you didn’t know. Then changes $179 for fifteen minutes. Avoid at all cost
