Got Dave from Adapt plumbing in to fix a minor water leak after making the mistake of considering a larger scale plumbing company for the job. The large scale plumbing company prices were eye watering!



Dave was very prompt in responding to our need. Efficient in fixing the leak under a concrete pathway & the price was very reasonable compared to the other ridiculous offer from the larger company.



Have Adapt plumbing contact details on out fridge as our preferred tradesman. Avoid the large scale plumbing companies. Stay local. Adapt plumbing highly recommended…!

Received a notice from the council of excessive water usage and it was pretty apparent that there's a concealed leak that needed to be located and rectified. Google first led me to a supposed leak detection expert, a big company with reasonable reviews. The gentleman they sent with all the state of the art leak detection gear could not locate the leak (citing excessive road noise from the main road and unpaved driveway gravel being too compacted).



For almost three times the cost of what I now know a leak detection test should be worth, I had a report that told me where the leak "might" be and a quote for a $8000 solution that that replace the entire water main pipe from the meter to the house. To say this was a very distressing experience would be an understatement.



So when Dave was able to both locate and fix the leak for $100 more than the first bill I paid. I was regretting not calling him way sooner.



Dave was transparent and upfront, he outlined exactly what he needed to do, his leak detection expert he needed to engage and how much that will cost. What the best and worst case scenarios are and what kind of work is required, etc. Never got an up-sell and none of the salesman bag of tricks that are all so common these days. It was refreshing.



Dave was quick and efficient, every task was done with speed and care. Job sites were left clean and spotless. He was courteous and polite in all his communications and interactions. Professionalism at it's best.



Dave certainly went above and beyond my expectations and fixed what was a very vexing and frustrating situation for our family. Highly recommended.

I have used David’s service for few times since last year, he is quick in responding and also quick turnaround to attend the work. His charges are very reasonable and complete the work in a timely manner.

I had used them once before and their service was great. So when my water heater failed day before yesterday I called Dave. He said he would come the next day and arrived at 7am and replaced it with a brand new one and finished in a short time. Now that is great service. Thanks Dave.
