Avoid at all costs

I wish i took more note of the low reviews prior to agreeing to my ABC quote. I had sought quotes from numerous outdoor blind installers and all were similarly priced.



Pre-sale ABC were responsive and the sales person, was friendly and reasonable.



Have had numerous problems. Poor communication, bad customer service and a product that doesn't work. Since installation and paying $12k i have not had working blinds and have had to chase up calls and find out what is happening for a month. Literally over it.



A real shame as my partner and i were excited to get the blinds and believe me this is a treat for us as we can't normally afford things like this.



I may seek further advice in what my rights are with an ombudsman should i experience another issue as the stress this company causes in having to deal with it and its products is beyond acceptable. I have honestly never experienced dealing with such a poor company and truly wish i went elsewhere.



One word of advice - Avoid.

love my new blinds just had them installed, they look great. The showroom staff were really helpful and helped me with my colour selections

I really like the job they did for my white shutters, they look good. The staff were kind and I'm thinking of getting some rollers soon.

The sales reps who came and did our measure and quote was very helpful in guiding us through blinds that were more price friendly (as opposed to the high end ones we had originally chosen).
The phone on the staff were very helpful in addressing any concerns we had, along with booking and rebooking appointments.
The two staff who installed the blinds were very efficient and friendly, in and out within half an hour for our vertisheer and roller blind installations.

And the quality of the product well exceeded our expectations, very happy with the end result!

Had a sales rep come out to give me some ideas on what would be best suitable for sliding doors. Great options and the Roller blinds look amazing overall awesome service

Very happy with ABC blinds.
Competitive prices compared to other quotes we had recieved. Carmel the sales lady came and was very helpful with choosing blinds for our living room and theatre. We weren't quite sure what exactly we wanted but Carmel was full of information and had a huge variety of blinds with different price ranges. We felt no pressure at all to purchase the products and were not at all rushed. Then from organising the fitting and getting the blinds fitted the process all ran very smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our blinds and would definitely recommend ABC. Thanks!
