Pedders Suspension

I Rang asking for quote to fix a suspension rattle on front of car. I was booked in for them to have a look and then turned up again saying I am here for a quote on said suspension rattle. After taking 40 mins to fully examine the car I was given a printed report I was asked for $28...I was gobsmacked. My wife quickly paid ( I didn't bring any money) and we left before I exploded knowing how I can react. At no stage was I told this was going to cost and I didn't get a quote.
Big office guy who charged even said ".. and the engine light is on because of the oil leak on the engine".
For those that are ignorant, there is no such thing as an oil leak sensor.
Take your car ANYWHERE ELSE but HERE!
