Genuinely one of the most disappointing experiences possible.



While the flooring itself is reasonable, the installation was not performed correctly and the correspondence and communication nothing short of appalling.



This mob do not respond to issues with their installation, not when it was done incorrectly the 1st time, not when it came apart after a couple of weeks and not when it moved apart again a year down the track.



They have corresponded with my wife throughout and treated her like a women from the 50's - like she doesn't exist.



All involved with this company should be ashamed of their workmanship, communication and customer service.



I have pity on your families.



Update: the floor has come apart in the same area twice. The installation manager decided it was ok to enter my property via the side gate and knock on my back door where my 2 young children were. To say we were all startled was an understatement. Fortunately, I'd already locked up my dogs.

The person did not apologise and did know try knocking on the front door.



Customer service gets worse.

The guys at Planet really looked after us. Job installed on time and at a great price.
