Great service, friendly staff, work came in cheaper than quoted for my aprilia (purchased elsewhere) but staff were veey knowledgable and keen to chat. I will definately use again in the future.

Avoid! Took a bike for a tire change and when I picked it up and it had a bad brake squeak. Took it back few days later and they denied it was their fault and blamed glazed brake pads. No mater that brake was perfectly fine a few days before. Offered to sell me new pads. Oh service staff should all be fired for not knowing shalt about bikes they sell.

Took back my childs brand new Suzuki Quad bike, that was running really badly. The service was unfriendly from the mechanic and downright rude and intimidating from Rick Gill himself. Would never go back there for ANYTHING! I certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
