Disgusted. Placed an order in November. Today i finally called to ask what was going on. This purchase was fir my Geand Daughter's Xmas gift. Prior to this i had sent 3 Emails and no reply.
I finally speak to a young lady on the phone. A notification arrives on mt Ipad to say my money has been refunded. No explanation, no apology, not even the offer of an Express delivery.
Freckle House, shame on you. My Husband and i run a Business and Customer service is paramount!
I strongly suggest that if you are considering buying from this Company, DON'T!
It has caused nothiing but an inconvenience for me, particularly when i researched to source the product, " Mud Pie"
