Ezy Mechanical

So apparently they don't know simple communications, the picture I attached is the email I received, apparently "confirmation email that my car is done", all it is confirming is that you are working on my car and I (not being a mechanic if I was wouldn't be here) assumed cool I should get a CALL OR EMAIL soon saying it's done but I know other things may happen, maybe the spark plugs where worse than expected or other more important jobs came in to be fixed. It is your job to communicate what's happening a call or email telling me It was 100% finished would've taken 5 mins tops. Also they don't want to see me again because I got slightly upset that my car was locked up for the night, when I needed it for work in the morning so I had to take more time out of my day to deal with these people because they can't communicate with their customers or staff members because the poor lady in reception had no idea if my car was done at all.

Ezy Mechanical were amazing, they went over and beyond to have my car completed in the time frame I required. The attention to detail is second to none. I will be back. Thanks again
